Xiamen Sound Electronics Corporation that is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise(or Hong Kong-Invested)was founded in April,2007.This company is located in Zhongyacheng Foreign Investment District,Jimei,Xiamen,and is besides 319 Highway.Sound occupies twenty thousand square meters,and the structural area is about 25000 square meters.
Xiamen Sound is specialized in producing of environmental friendly organic silicon rubber keypads,conductive silicone rubber connectors and series of other silicon rubber products.The annual output of silicon rubber keypad and other silicon rubber products reaches about 15billion,and for Conductive rubber connector is nearly 0.6billion.These silicon products are widely used in remote controls of TV, car speakers ,telephone keyboards, calculators, Medical equipment, engineering equipment ,and all kinds of display screen.We are also One of a few domestic companies which can produce the complete series of silicon products including silicon rubber key, silicon rubber connector and other silicon rubber products.Our production scale of rubber keypads and other silicon rubber products comes out top within those companies in Xiamen with the same business ,meanwhile we are top three in those domestic companies with the same business for the production capacity of conductive silicone rubber connectors.And also the product quality and technology level is in leading position in the domestic.
Our company owns a complete technological process and equipment that means we undertakes the design and development of the products including molds,film,printing,spraying,laser carvings. We have about ten rubber mixing machines,twenty vacuum oil pressing machines,ten automatic printing machines, three pad-printing machines,four IR-Lines and eight punching machines.Four automatic spraying lines and two laser engraving machines are in DongGuan SongQiao branch Corporation.Xiamen Sound also has our own molding department with two sets of imported CNCs, three EDMs, two numerical controlled milling machines and several grinding machines which can be used to design and develop all kinds of silicon mould and plastic mould. The annual output of mould reaches about 300 sets.Xiamen Sound also owns a variety of testing equipments,such as 1 set of digital image measuring instrument,two switch-testing load machine,four manual tension meter,one light color meter and two resistance test instrument ,ect.
